Returns (Store Credit Only)
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. To request a return, you must email us at sales@watsoninnovations.com within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return an item.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Once approved, the item must be postmarked and sent back within 7 days. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging (when applicable).
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you will receive store credit only in the form of a gift card for the item purchase price plus applicable taxes. We do not offer cash refunds.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, or items from our imperfect collection are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged/defective or we made an error.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at sales@watsoninnovations.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
